“Gweetings, music wovews!” As Elmer Fudd says at the beginning of the musical

Warner Bros. cartoon short, A Corny Concerto. I am B. D. Green. I’ve lived in

Washington State my entire life, and for the moment have no plans of leaving.

Despite being born in the late 80s, and essentially growing up as a 90s kid, I was

raised on music from the 50s to the 70s, and still enjoy most of it, and thus have

more interest in “oldies” music than most people my age tend to. However I also

enjoy 80s, and some 90s, and yes occasionally I’ll hear a song from the past couple

decades that I think sounds pretty good.

In addition to enjoying music, I also love the history and trivia behind the music. I

like reading about the artists, what inspired them, behind-the-scenes stories about

certain songs, and in my articles I hope to share that trivia with the equally

interested.
