Let’s Talk About The Music and LTATM are not involved in or representing any projects outside of the Let’s Talk About The Music podcast and its related platforms. Any claims suggesting otherwise are inaccurate and misleading. We take brand protection seriously and actively enforce our rights. Unauthorized use of LTATM’s name, logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property will not be tolerated, and we are prepared to take legal action if necessary.

Trademark and Brand Protection

LLET’S TALK ABOUT THE MUSIC, LTATM, and all associated logos are registered trademark properties, exclusively owned by Shels L Pixi Honeysuckle since 2015 (the “Trademark Properties”). Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. No individual or entity may claim ongoing roles or associations with LTATM or the Let’s Talk About The Music podcast without express permission.

  • All uses of LTATM’s intellectual property (logos, names, content) require written approval.

  • Any implication of association without authorization violates our intellectual property rights.

  • LTATM does not permit the use of past content, such as the original theme song, to suggest any connection to the brand.

  • Harassment, online or otherwise, directed at LTATM, Shels L Pixi Honeysuckle, or the Let’s Talk About The Music podcast may result in legal action, including civil and criminal penalties.

Trademark Protection and Legal Representation

The trademarks for Let’s Talk About The Music (since January 1, 2015) and LTATM (since December 2015) are officially registered and protected. Unauthorized use or reproduction constitutes a violation of trademark law and threatens the integrity of the brand.

Copyright Protection

Episodes of Let’s Talk About The Music, their content, and any derivative works are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of LTATM and/or the artists featured on the podcast. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

The current theme song was co-produced and created by Papa Satch and Shels L Pixi Honeysuckle and is their sole and exclusive property.

Let’s Talk About The Music has grown through years of effort, with significant time invested in developing a professional and legally protected podcast. My college education was instrumental in shaping LTATM into the platform it is today.

LTATM has a zero-tolerance policy for violence, bullying, or harassment. We encourage respectful interactions within our community.

Harassment, whether online or offline, directed at Shels L Pixi Honeysuckle, guests, or affiliates of the podcast, may result in legal action.
