LTATM 6 - Thanks for listening

The episode originally scheduled has been postponed to Episode 12: Band Managers and Assistant Managers, which will now drop in February 5, 2025.

Before diving in, I want to take a moment to thank you for listening and exploring the new Let's Talk About The Music. If it feels like I'm stumbling my way through this new version of the show, well, you’re absolutely right—I am!

As part of the rebranding, I’ve been blending in what I learned during my college journey. Big thanks to KGRG and KGRG1 for being a part of my radio foundation. Looking back, I realized that the old show lacked proper research about the guests and topics. This time around, I’m making sure to provide you with plenty of useful information, even writing blog posts to go with each episode.

The new show now includes a bit of history with each topic because, honestly, I’ve always been fascinated by history. When I was younger, I actually dreamed of being a historian or archaeologist—until the entertainment world won me over.

Education has always been a priority for me. From 2019 to 2024, I was at Green River College, where I first studied radio broadcasting to build my own station. That dream became reality in 2020, though unfortunately, I had to shut it down due to a lack of funding. Later in 2020, I pivoted to a degree in business management and just completed my AAA in Business Management this month, December 2024!

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Green River College for everything they taught me over the years. I will seriously miss everyone!

Now, I’m preparing to take the next step. In 2025, I’ll head to Ellensburg, WA, to begin my Media and Journalism BA Degree at Central Washington University.

Once again, thank you for listening. I hope you’re enjoying the new Let's Talk About The Music. There’s so much more to come in 2025, so stay tuned!

A big special thanks to all the incredible individuals who took the time to write my recommendation letters over the past six years; there have certainly been a lot of you to count, and your support has meant the world to me. Your kindness and encouragement throughout this journey have been invaluable.
