The Meghanne Storey Project
Award-winning music from the heart of the Pacific Northwest
The Meghanne Storey Project creates emotionally powerful and award-winning music from the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Band members Meghanne and Buck originally met on the dating site Plenty of Fish during the Covid pandemic, but they currently are good friends and avid collaborators.
Emotional Powerful
The band’s music recounts Meghanne’s struggle growing up homeless on the streets of Seattle. Buck melds rock with blues, and the combination of passionate lyrics and expressive sounds creates truly remarkable songs. I absolutely understand why the Washington State Independent Music Awards has recognized the duo for their efforts.

The Valley on March 28, 2024
They opened for Found Oblivion and Prickly Paranoia at The Valley on March 28, 2024, and their presence on stage was simply breathtaking. If you want to know what it is like to be homeless and to overcome life’s challenges, then you need to go see The Meghanne Storey Project. You don’t just “hear” Meghanne’s story in the lyrics—it enters into you and makes a home in your heart, enabling the listener to relate to her experiences. I am very much looking forward to seeing them again in the future..
Upcoming Shows:
They do have a few local shows coming up, but the one they are super excited about is their New York shows at The Silvana on April 6 and 7.
